Aging is the process where something becomes even more delicious over time. This is common in the world of meat and fish, but it also exists in the world of vegetables. I’m still learning about this fascinating area. 

For example, potatoes, which are my specialty, usually become soggy after some time, but after aging, they become crispy. I think you would be surprised at how crispy they get. You would never guess that this product is a year old. I would like to continue digging into the world of aged potatoes.
